Tandem Coffee Roasters was founded by Will and Kathleen Pratt in 2012 in Portland, Maine’s East Bayside neighborhood. The cozy, minimal café and roastery is now one of the most visited places in downtown Portland and their coffee is carried by over 80 retail locations throughout the country. Tandem was in need of a site redesign to better keep up with their growing amount of online sales by creating a more immersive online customer shopping experience. We reimagined the overall site design with special focus on their product pages, collection pages and their Subscription Help Form. The result is a highly successful e-commerce site that has not only boosted their online sales but has also made it easier for visiting customers to order pick up online, find out hours/contact information about both locations and learn more about who Tandem is as a brand and the great work they do for the Portland community.
